Como referencia, Work Institute estima que la salida de un colaborador puede costar alrededor de un tercio de su salario anual, y Gallup se\u00f1ala que reemplazar a una persona puede oscilar entre 0.5 y 2 veces su salario anual (seg\u00fan el tipo de puesto y contexto).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pregunta estrat\u00e9gica ya no es solo a qui\u00e9n contratamos, sino c\u00f3mo contratamos para construir permanencia.
